Legendary Announces ‘Trick ‘R Treat’ And ‘Krampus’ Graphic Novels
It’s been nearly eight years since the release ofTrick ‘r Treat, and we’re still waiting onTrick ‘r Treat 2. Not only that, we’re also getting impatient forMichael Dougherty’s other upcoming holiday-themed horror project,Krampus. So the filmmaker is giving fans something to chew on while we wait.
The filmmaker is teaming up with Legendary Comics for two graphic novels — one tied toTrick ‘r Treat, and the other tied toKrampus. After the jump, get details on theKrampusandTrick r Treatcomic books, plus a first look at some promotional art.
Legendary Comicsannounced the two books via press release. Said Dougherty:
As you’d expect, the two graphic novels are timed around their respective holidays. TheTrick ‘r Treatcomic book will sell for $16.99 starting in October. Dougherty,Zach Shields, andTodd Caseyget “story by” credit andMark Andreykois the writer.Fiona Staples,Zid,Stuart Sayger, andStephen Byrnedid the art. Here’s the synopsis:
