The Twilight Saga: New Moon Theatrical Movie Trailer
Last night’s MTV Video Music Awards saw the debut of abrand new trailer forThe Twilight Saga: New Moonto the delight ofTwilightfans everywhere. Hit the jump to check out the trailer, and as always, leave your thoughts in the comments below.
We also see the absolutely-terrifying ghost-Edward, and Bella deciding to become an adrenaline junkie by jumping off cliffs or something. The trailer closes with a fight scene that is strongly reminiscent of the boss battle at the end ofBlade 2[Note: For those of you wondering about the trailer music, it’s from the movie trailer forJumper]. But most importantly throughout, we get to seelots of boys with their shirts off!Taylor Lautner! Robert Pattinson! The Wolf Pack! Trailer mission = accomplished. Here’s Summit’s synopsis:
In NEW MOON, Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) is devastated by the abrupt departure of her vampire love, Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) but her spirit is rekindled by her growing friendship with the irresistible Jacob Black. Suddenly she finds herself drawn into the world of the werewolves, ancestral enemies of the vampires, and finds her loyalties tested.
I have to say that even thoughI didn’t enjoyTwilightvery much, this trailer compares favorably to the first film’s in thatstuff is actually happening.Perhaps Weitz’s direction combined with a stable of talented actors might get me to give this film a shot? Probably not, but it’s nice to think about sometimes….
